Poles Surf Report

Knee/thigh leftovers this morning maybe a rare plus set.. Nothing great but sets are still rideable. Breaking a little weak at report time though, maybe it will take on a little better shape as the tide continues to move out.

Looks like we have ground swell starting to fill in.. See alot of water moving in from the NorthEast. The sets are really spread out but look to be about waist to rib high.. If you walked up in between sets you would think it was only knee high. You really have to wait it out It is like every 10 min. or so.. Forecast shows the swell filling in more throughout the day and a light NW wind this afternoon so it will probably get pretty fun and more consistent. The sets right now are clean and fun just spread out.

Still some leftovers in the water.. Looks to be about thigh high on sets.. A little disorganized and mushy with a pretty steady S wind on it at report time, not looking too fun.. Maybe we will see the wind switch a little more SW later today and things will clean up. Looks like we still have alot of promise over the next couple of days. We may see a small pulse of ground swell fill in out of the NE tomorrow/Tuesday.. Check back for that.

Still some leftovers.. A little smaller than yesterday morning.. Looks to be about thigh/waist high on sets.. Ok form at low tide with a light wind at report time, look  to be closing out a bit. Not epic or anything but the sets are def. rideable and look kinda fun.. Should be another nice day at the beach..

A little smaller than yesterday morning but cleaner at report time. Thigh/waist high maybe a rib high plus set on occasion. The sets are fun but spread out and the swell seems to be fading. Get out here while there is still something left.. Looks like we are going to have a nice day for the beaches and the festival.

Set wave, head high to gremmies

Solid waist to chest on sets, light north wind at report time.. Coming off of low tide and sets are breaking on the outside sandbar and looking pretty fun.. A little textured but still fun looking peaks..

Waist to chest high with plus sets on occassion. A pretty decent chop on it with a NNE wind on it early but still holding form at report time. Not real pretty but still looks like fun. Winds are supposed to continue out of the NE throughout the day so Poles is probably your best bet..

Surf has picked up over night and looking to be about thigh high with occassional plus sets at report time.. Some of the sets are looking ok but lightly textured and breaking a little weak. North wind is already on it and and the wind is supposed to pick up out of the NE throughout the day as the swell continues to build..  This is probably the cleanest we will see it today. Worth a check here or maybe a good incoming to high tide spot.
