JACKSONVILLE BEACH SURF REPORT: Cooler air temps with FLAT surf out there this Monday morning. Another day of hard offshore winds forecasted (NW 13mph). Further out, looks like we have some potential for new NE swell starting up around mid-week! Check back for those details as they develop.
