JACKSONVILLE BEACH SURF REPORT: We still have some small knee high plus lines in the water this morning. No one out at report time, but it looks longboardable on the the sets. Still small... just not completely flat. Check back for the mid-day report, could be a decent LB sesh as the tide drops back out.
