WED PM: Super clean... but looks like it lost some size since this morning. Knee to thigh high with a rare plus set. Just barely breaking on the outside sandbar, fading out... then breaking again on the inside shorepound. Possibly some slight improvement this afternoon as the tide fills back in. Looks like we will continue to see marginally ridable ESE backgroundswell through Friday, then a slight drop off expected over the weekend. TROPICS: Gustav is back down to TS status, but is expected to strengthen over the next few days as it enters the Gulf. Further out, we may have another ESE swell producer for early next week. A lot going on in the tropics, stay tuned.
