THURS AM: Still cold with some small ENE background swell lines in the water. We finally have some good shape here at the pier.. unfortunately it's only about knee to thigh high. There may be an occasional plus set as the tide starts to push back in. Overall, it's small but it is ridable on the sets. I'd bring the small wave board if your headed out for a check. Waves stay small through Friday, then another healthier dose of ENE windswell expected for Saturday. Check back for the details on that.
