Narrated by Australian actor Russell Crowe, Bra Boys looks at the evolution of the Sydney suburb of Maroubra, coupled with the historical stigma associated with Australia's rebellious surf community. World-class surfing and archival footage, along with an against-all-odds story, Bra Boys chronicles the struggle of the Abberton brothers - Sunny, Koby, Jai and Dakota. First-time director Sunny Abberton depicts poverty, drug addiction, riots and family affliction against the backdrop of their beach community. Abberton's humane and conscientious documentary about his brothers explores their upbringing, surfing careers, justified rebelliousness, the need for brotherhood and their legacy as Bra Boys.

Just got out from a quickie drift session behind the house. It definitely picked up with some waist high solid sets... just drifty/dumpy and disorganized. Hopefully tomorrow morning will straighten things out.
